WOWindow Posters Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing Time
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  1. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.00  for orders within the United States.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  1. International Shipping
  • Availability: We currently ship to select countries outside of the United States if ordered through Amazon.com/wowindows (sold by WOWindow Posters).
  • Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: WOWindow Posters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  1. Order Tracking
  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
  1. Shipping Delays
  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware of the issue.
  • Holidays and High-Volume Periods: Please allow extra time for delivery during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods.
  1. Missing or Lost Packages

We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that WOWindow Posters is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. WOWindow Posters is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
