WOWindow Posters Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Standard Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.00 for orders within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping
- Availability: We currently ship to select countries outside of the United States if ordered through Amazon.com/wowindows (sold by WOWindow Posters).
- Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: WOWindow Posters is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

- Packaging: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were received.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
