Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You may return your WOWindow Posters purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping:
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
- WOWindow Posters Responsibility: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such an item so we can rectify the issue promptly.

Packaging: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with it. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned in a condition different from how they were received.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
